Day of Timeline Coordinator

Do you just need someone to make sure your master timeline flows smoothly throughout the day? Look no further! We will be there when your vendors are scheduled to arrive and stay until the last vendor of the day leaves.

One “Meet and Greet”
Unlimited phone calls and emails leading up to your wedding
Creation of the master timeline
Confirmation with all vendors prior to the wedding
10 hours of coverage on the day of your wedding (additional hours may be purchased if necessary)

Month of Coordination/Partial Planning

Are you a bride that wants to plan your own wedding but would also like some professional help when it’s needed?

One “Meet and Greet” follow-up meeting, virtually or in person
Three additional 1-2 hour in person meetings spaced out throughout the planning process
Unlimited phone calls and emails throughout the month leading up to your wedding
Vendor recommendation list and help solidifying up to 3 vendors
Vendor confirmation
Creation of ceremony and reception floor plans
Creation of master timeline
Personalized wedding checklist
One 1-hour rehearsal the day/night before
Distribution of final payments to vendors
On site from 8:00 am until clean-up is complete (or as soon as your venue access hours begin)

The V.I.B – Full Service

Are you wondering where to begin in the planning process? Do you have a busy work schedule that leaves you with little free time? With this package, you have me EVERY step of the way!

One 1-hour virtual or in person meeting every six weeks leading up to the wedding
Unlimited phone calls and emails throughout the planning process
Assistance in budget tracking
Scheduling and attendance for all vendor meetings
Pick up, storage, and delivery of wedding gown
Return all rented items after the wedding
Guest list management
Creation of hotel block for out of town guests
One in person meeting the month of the wedding
One in person meeting the week of the wedding
